What is the cancellation policy for Anthology?

Unless otherwise noted, all products are “made-to-order” to the Customer’s specifications, and as such orders are non-cancellable and non-returnable under any conditions, absent a warranty claim.

My order arrived damaged/defective, what should I do?

We are sorry to hear your order has arrived either damaged or defective and apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.

Any damaged or defective products must be reported to Keeler Brass Company within 10 working days of receipt of order to receive credit. Defective goods will either be repaired or replaced. Defective goods must be accompanied with an RGA form. Freight will only be prepaid by Keeler Brass Company if the goods are determined to be factory defective, as evidenced by a photograph.

What finish options do you offer?

Keeler Brass Company presently offers 9 different metal finishes (Chrome, Polished Nickel, Satin Nickel, Unlacquered Polished Brass, Satin Brass, Satin Bronze, Matte Oil Rubbed Bronze, Graphite and Matte Satin Black) and 6 different leather finishes (Royal Hide Dead White, Artisan Saddlebag, Napoli Pitch Brown, Royal Hide Evergreen, Luv-A-Bull Darkest Blue, and Napoli Black).
